I am Dr. Chrys, Doctor of Physiology, Board Certified Nutritionist, and
Master Third Eye Psychic. I built The Psychic Soul Society™ in the middle of
my own midlife reckoning, after spending decades being excellent at
everything except living as myself.
THE BEFORE
Midway through a very painful divorce, I did something I had been avoiding my entire adult life.
I looked at myself honestly.
Not the curated version. Not the accomplished version with the credentials on the wall and the clinical competence and the ability to hold everyone else together. The real version — the
woman underneath all of it.
I have to be honest: I didn’t like everything I saw.
I was a good person. I liked myself. But I was the precise definition of a midlife woman who was not living authentically or fulfilling her Psychic Soul’s™ purpose. I had spent decades being Everything to Everyone Else, and I had done it so thoroughly that I had almost completely lost the thread back
to myself.
I was good at many things. I just wasn’t living as who I actually was.
I had been moving since I was young — gymnastics, health and fitness, teaching from an early age. Then came the years of wandering through different career paths, most of them chosen out of necessity rather than calling. Earning money. Supporting my family. Being responsible.
I went back to school. Earned a doctorate in Physiology. A Board Certification in Nutrition. Worked with cancer survivors and hormonally challenged midlife women. Did meaningful work.
Work I was good at.
And still — something was missing. I was not fulfilled. I was not living my purpose. I knew it, and
I kept moving fast enough not to have to sit with it.
THE DOOR THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
Then someone dragged me to a Tarot reading.
I want to be clear: I had never taken anything like that seriously. I was a scientist. A clinician. A strict Catholic school Italian girl raised in a tradition where this kind of territory was not just unfamiliar — it was forbidden.
I started questioning everything.
I realized that what I had always dismissed as ‘just logically analyzing things’ — the images I saw in my mind’s eye, the knowing that arrived before the explanation — was not logic at all. It had never been logic.
I dove headfirst down every rabbit hole I had been taught to avoid. Spiritual. Quantum physics. Metaphysical. I had always been drawn to crystals — a lifelong obsession I had never fully
examined. Now I followed every thread.
And then I enrolled in a prestigious Psychic School.
Not casually. Not as a dabbler. All the way in.
WHAT OPENED
The experience blasted my world open.
I learned to see & read energy on a Psychic Soul™ level — not through feeling, not through nervous system hits filtered through decades of programming — but through the clear, unfiltered channel of the sixth chakra. The Third Eye. The only neutral place in the body.
For the first time in my life, I trusted myself. Not cautiously. Not with caveats. Completely.
I released pain and trauma from my past — easily, and without having to relive every painful event to do it.
I released beliefs I had been carrying since childhood that had been placed in me by others and had been quietly limiting my success, my abundance, and my sense of what was possible for my life.
Other people’s energy stopped landing on me the way it always had. I developed boundaries that actually held — not because I white-knuckled them, but because I could finally see clearly enough to know what was mine and what was not.
I stopped accepting other people’s opinions, expectations, and directions for my life as if they were facts about me.
I met and married the love of my life.
I was finally living exactly as who I truly am. Without apologies. Without editing. Without performing a version of myself built from everyone else’s programming.
WHY THIS BECAME MY LIFE’S WORK
Here is what I understood once my Third Eye was fully open: the reason so many intelligent, accomplished women feel exactly the way I felt — capable of everything, fulfilled by nothing, vaguely but persistently not quite themselves — is not a personal failure. It is a structural one.
They have been taught to trust intuition without anyone explaining that intuition runs through the nervous system — which means it runs through every trauma, every belief, every piece of someone else’s programming they have ever absorbed. Their guidance is real. It is just not neutral.
The Third Eye is different. It always has been. And nobody was teaching women how to access it specifically, deliberately, and safely — while also addressing the nervous system dysregulation happening at midlife that was keeping the channel closed.
So I built the thing that didn’t exist. The intersection of nervous system science and Third Eye clairvoyance — developed specifically for the midlife woman who has tried everything else and is ready for the thing that actually works.
As a Physiologist, I understand exactly how to help women integrate psychic ability into the body safely and practically. As a clinician who has worked with cancer survivors and hormonally challenged women, I understand the specific landscape of the midlife body and nervous system. And as a woman who walked this exact path — through the divorce, through the forbidden door, through the Psychic School, into the life I actually wanted — I understand where she is standing when she finds me.
